📝 How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request:

  2. Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue (for returns).
  3. For exchanges, mention the reason (size mismatch or styling concern).
  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


📹 Unboxing Video Guidelines:

To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we kindly request all customers to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening their parcel.

  • Start recording before opening the outer packaging
  • Show the shipping label clearly
  • Capture the full unboxing process in one continuous shot
  • Ensure the product is shown clearly from all angles
  • Do not pause or cut the video

Please Note:

  • Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted
  • The video helps us validate genuine issues and provide faster resolutions

🛍️ Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

✅ 1. Damaged Product Received

  • If your product is physically damaged during transit.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.
  • The video must begin from the unopened package and show the full unboxing without any cuts or pauses.

✅ 2. Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered (in terms of design only).Please note that we have mentioned sizes and dimensions of all products on our website. Please read carefully before purchasing as we put so much effort in mentioning the details about the product you have purchased.
  • Again, a complete unboxing video is required for validation.
🚫 Please Note: Without an unboxing video, no return request will be accepted. 📅 All return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Any requests beyond this time frame will not be entertained.

♻️ Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

🔁 1. Incorrect Bangle Size Ordered

  • If the bangle doesn’t fit due to wrong size selection, an exchange can be arranged for the correct size.

🔁 2. Product Doesn’t Suit Customer’s Look

  • We understand that jewelry is personal. If the piece doesn’t complement your look, you may request an exchange.

💳 Exchange Fee

  • A nominal handling & logistics fee of ₹150 – ₹180 is applicable for all exchange requests, depending on your location.
💡 Exchange requests must also be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
📦 Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.


❌ Non-Eligible Items for Return or Exchange

  • Products without an unboxing video
  • Items requested for return/exchange after 3 days
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Complimentary items like pendant chains or mangalsutra chains
  • Custom-made or personalized orders


Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item (due to damage or wrong item received), we will initiate the refund process within 24–48 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and may take 5–6 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.


Disclaimer

Packaging Care

We take utmost care to securely pack your jewelry to ensure it reaches you safely. However, due to the delicate nature of our products, minor issues such as loose embellishments or findings may occasionally occur. These can often be easily fixed with simple methods, like reattaching using hand or jewelry adhesive.

Color & Design Variations

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the natural properties of semi-precious stones and beads. These variations are considered part of the product's unique beauty and are not deemed defects.

Outsourced Complimentary Materials

Certain components, such as pendant chains and mangalsutra chains, are provided as complimentary additions to your purchase. These items are sourced externally and offered as a goodwill gesture.

As they are not part of the main purchased product, minor defects or quality issues related to these complimentary items are not eligible for return or replacement. We appreciate your understanding and support.


Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Website-Initiated Cancellations

  • Sanvi Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under certain circumstances.
  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any charges will be fully refunded to the original mode of payment.
